We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Address
Return addresses vary based on your location and order origin. Upon approval of your return, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label with the specific return address. Please do not send items back without first receiving your return label and instructions from info@mimosplash.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@mimosplash.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or beauty products
- Perishable goods

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Your item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
