Processing & Dispatch

All orders are carefully processed and posted within 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer three shipping options for Australian customers:

• Standard (Free): Complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders
• Standard: $10.00 AUD - Delivered within 5-7 business days
• Express: $15.00 AUD - Delivered within 2-3 business days

All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to over 28 countries including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Asia-Pacific regions.

• Standard International: $25.00 AUD - Delivered within 7-14 business days depending on destination
• Free International Shipping: Available on all orders over $100.00 AUD

International orders include tracking. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
